§48-2  Department authority.  Thedepartment of business, economic development, and tourism may employ personnelnecessary to carry out this chapter.  The department may issue rules andregulations in accordance with chapter 91 and may require information necessaryfor the administration of this chapter.

All departments, divisions, boards, bureaus,commissions, or other agencies of the State shall provide such assistance andinformation as the department may require to enable it to carry out its dutiesunder this chapter.
