§49-23  Consent of state agencies.  Itshall not be necessary for any county proceeding under this chapter to obtainany certificate of convenience or necessity, franchise, license, permit, orother authorization from any bureau, board, commission, or other likeinstrumentality of the State in order to acquire, construct, purchase,reconstruct, improve, better, extend, maintain, and operate an undertaking orundertake the establishment of loan programs, but the powers and duties of thebureau, board, commission, or instrumentality shall continue as heretofore.
