§50-1 - Applicability.

§50-1  Applicability.  All countieswhich do not have a charter and all counties which have a charter may create acharter commission as provided herein.  No provision of this chapter shall beheld to alter or restrict any provision of any existing charter, except ashereinafter specifically provided.
