§50-14  Appropriations and disbursements. The county legislative body shall appropriate sufficient funds for thecompensation of the charter commission members, their necessary expenses, andfor the effective operation of the commission including amounts necessary forhiring staff members and consultants and for defraying other reasonableexpenses of the commission.  The moneys shall be disbursed by the county asprescribed by law.
