§50-5  Commission organization andprocedures.  No later than fifteen days after its members are appointed,the charter commission shall organize and hold its first meeting and shalladopt such rules and regulations for the conduct of its business as it deemsnecessary and desirable.  Chapter 91 shall not be applicable hereto.  Themajority of the members of the commission shall constitute a quorum for thetransaction of business.
