§53-55  Urban redevelopment coordinator,office created.  In any county which shall, by resolution adopted in themanner required by law for an ordinance, announce its intention to devise andadopt a "workable program" for urban renewal, pursuant to this chapter,the county may by ordinance create the office of urban renewal coordinator.
