§54-30  Deposit of money in banks.  Allmonies deposited in the office of the county treasurer belonging to the boardof water supply shall be deposited in such manner and upon such provisions andrequirements, as provided by chapter 38.  The county treasurer and thechairperson of the board shall have the same rights, powers, and duties asdevolve upon the State, its director of finance, and the governor,respectively, with respect to state funds so deposited.  All interest receivedby the county treasurer upon monies belonging to the board shall be credited tothe board.
