§54-33  Rules and regulations.  The
board of water supply may make and from time to time alter, amend, and repeal
rules and regulations relating to the management, control, operation,
preservation, and protection of the waterworks of the county.  The rules and
regulations shall have the force and effect of law. [L 1963, c 191, pt of §1;
