§76-23.5  Recruitment incentives. Within limits set forth in rules of the director, appointing authorities maypay for all or a portion of the travel and transportation expenses or toprovide a monetary incentive to enhance the recruitment of persons employed orappointed to critical-to-fill and labor shortage positions.
