[§78-23.6]  Leave of absence to serve as
bone marrow donor or organ donor.  Any officer or employee in the service
of the State or any of the several counties shall be entitled to:



(1)  Seven days of paid leave each calendar year to
serve as a bone marrow donor; and



(2)  Thirty days of paid leave each calendar year to
serve as an organ donor. [L 2005, c 176, §1]
