§84-16  Contracts voidable.  In additionto any other penalty provided by law, any contract entered into by the State inviolation of this chapter is voidable on behalf of the State; provided that inany action to avoid a contract pursuant to this section the interests of thirdparties who may be damaged thereby shall be taken into account, and the actionto void the transaction is initiated within sixty days after the determinationof a violation under this chapter.  The attorney general shall have the authorityto enforce this provision.
