§84-35  Staff.  The ethics commissionmay employ and at pleasure remove such persons, including an executivedirector, as it may deem necessary for the performance of its functions. Effective July 1, 2005, the salary of the executive director shall be the sameas the salary of the director of health.  The commission shall fix thecompensations of its employees within the amounts made available byappropriation therefor.  The employees of the commission shall be exempt fromchapter 76.
