[§87A-10]  Meetings; notice.  Meetingsmay be scheduled, and notice of meetings shall be provided as follows:

(1)  The chairperson may call a meeting of the boardat any time by giving at least six calendar days' written notice of the timeand place of the meeting to all trustees; and

(2)  A majority of the trustees may call a meeting ofthe board by giving at least ten calendar days' written notice of the time andplace to all other trustees. [L 2001, c 88, pt of §1]
