[§87D-10]  Termination of the trust.  Ifan employee organization or a collective bargaining agreement that establishesa voluntary employees' beneficiary association trust terminates the voluntaryemployees' beneficiary association trust, or ceases to provide health benefits,the participants in the trust shall be allowed to return to the Hawaiiemployer-union health benefits trust fund upon the date that health benefitscease to be provided.  All participants electing to return to the Hawaiiemployer-union health benefits trust fund shall be given the same rights andbenefits as if the participant had first participated in the Hawaiiemployer-union health benefits trust fund from the inception of that trust fundwithout loss of benefits or accrued time.
