§88-120  Service charges.  The board of
trustees may pay out of any of the several funds held for investment, a
reasonable amount to any person for servicing and handling of mortgages
purchased by the board or for supplying investment advisory or consultative
services; and to meet such other costs incident to the prudent investment of
