§88-120  Service charges.  The board oftrustees may pay out of any of the several funds held for investment, areasonable amount to any person for servicing and handling of mortgagespurchased by the board or for supplying investment advisory or consultativeservices; and to meet such other costs incident to the prudent investment ofsystem funds as the board may approve.
