§88-157  Use of donations, contributions,gifts, or bequests.  All moneys received by the board of trustees asdonations, contributions, gifts, or bequests to be used for the purposes setforth in this part shall be deposited into a special trust fund to be known asthe "Police Officers, Firefighters, and Bandsmen Pension System TrustFund" to be used for the purposes for which the moneys were received.
