§88-214  Modifications to agreement. The state agency may enter into such modification or modifications to theagreement as may be necessary to transfer members of the part of a dividedretirement system which is composed of the members of the system who have notexpressed a desire for coverage under the Social Security Act to the part ofthe system which is composed of the members who have expressed a desire for thecoverage in accordance with section 218(d)(6)(F) of the Social Security Act.
