§88-220  Refusal or termination of plans. The state agency shall not finally refuse to approve a plan submitted by apolitical subdivision under section 88-218, and shall not terminate an approvedplan, without reasonable notice and opportunity for hearing to the politicalsubdivision affected thereby.
