§88-227  Custodian of fund.  The statedirector of finance shall be ex officio treasurer and custodian of thecontribution fund and shall administer the fund in accordance with this partand the directions of the state agency and shall pay all warrants drawn upon itin accordance with sections 88-225 and 88-226 and with such regulations as thestate agency may prescribe pursuant thereto.
