§88-5  List of pensioners, who shallprovide.  The proper department of each county shall determine who isentitled to benefits under section 88-4 and shall provide to any governmentphysician employed by the State or any county, and any county hospital or ahospital where county patients are treated at county expense in the countywherein the pensioner or beneficiary resides, a current list of pensioners andtheir [spouses] or reciprocal beneficiaries who are entitled to benefits undersection 88-4.  Upon request, the state retirement system shall provide to theproper departments of each county such information as may be required toadminister section 88-4.
