§88-54  Service while legislative employee. Any member who takes a leave of absence to be employed by the legislatureduring any legislative session shall be entitled to all benefits and requiredto make all employee contributions under the system for the period during whichsuch employee worked for the legislature; provided that the contributions shallbe made on the same basis as would have been required had the employee not beenon leave of absence.
