§88-60  Members whose services are on loanto other governments.  Any member whose services are on loan to anothergovernment, as authorized by section 78-27, shall retain the member'smembership and shall receive credit in the system for such service; providedthat the member returns to the member's former employment within ninety daysafter the termination of such service; and provided further that the governmentreceiving the loan of the member's services fulfills all of the requirements ofsection 78-27.
