[§88-7]  County pensioners; post retirementallowance.  Any other provision of this chapter to the contrarynotwithstanding, the council of each county, and each independent board orcommission affected, shall appropriate the funds necessary to pay the postretirement allowance payable by their respective counties, boards, andcommissions in accordance with section 88-90.
