§89-18  Penalty.  Any person whowilfully assaults, resists, prevents, impedes, or interferes with any member ofthe board or any of its agents or employees in the performance of dutiespursuant to this chapter, shall be fined not more than $500 or imprisoned notmore than one year, or both.  The term "agent" includes a neutralthird party who assists in a resolution of an impasse under section 89-11.
