§89-23  Classroom cleaning; exception.  Nocollective bargaining agreement or executive policy put forth afterJuly 1, 1993, shall contain provisions that may preclude theimplementation of the classroom cleaning project established in section302A-1507, unless a contract waiver process exists between the parties.
