Meetings.  The commission shall
meet at least quarterly.  Failure to attend at least seventy-five per cent of
called meetings in any calendar year shall result in removal from the
commission.  A quorum shall consist of a simple majority of voting members. 
All meetings of the commission shall be conducted subject to chapter 92. [L
