[§90D-5] Meetings.  The commission shallmeet at least quarterly.  Failure to attend at least seventy-five per cent ofcalled meetings in any calendar year shall result in removal from thecommission.  A quorum shall consist of a simple majority of voting members. All meetings of the commission shall be conducted subject to chapter 92.
