[§92F-28]  Access to personal records byorder in judicial or administrative proceedings; access as authorized orrequired by other law.  Nothing in this part shall be construed to permitor require an agency to withhold or deny access to a personal record, or anyinformation in a personal record:

(1)  When the agency is ordered to produce, disclose,or allow access to the record or information in the record, or when discoveryof such record or information is allowed by prevailing rules of discovery or bysubpoena, in any judicial or administrative proceeding; or

(2)  Where any statute, administrative rules, rule ofcourt, judicial decision, or other law authorizes or allows an individual togain access to a personal record or to any information in a personal record orrequires that the individual be given such access. [L 1988, c 262, pt of §1]
