[§92F-4]  Funding, services, andother federal assistance.  Where compliance with any provision of thischapter would cause an agency to lose or be denied funding, services, or otherassistance from the federal government, compliance with that provision shall bewaived but only to the extent necessary to protect eligibility for federalfunding, services, or other assistance.
