§93-15  Legislative journals; sale anddistribution.  Each house of the legislature shall be responsible for thepublication, sale, and distribution of their respective legislative journals. The speaker of the house of representatives and the senate president shall:

(1)  Fix the price of their respective legislativejournals; and

(2)  Determine who shall receive their respectivelegislative journals free of charge.

The money received from the sale of the legislativejournals may be used by the respective houses of the legislature to defray anyand all expenses of the respective houses. [L 1984, c 133, §1; am L 2003, c 28,§1]
