§94-5  Disposal of examination records. All statutory boards or commissions authorized or empowered to holdexaminations for candidates or applicants shall preserve all records of eachexamination, including, without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing,applications, questions, answers, and grades, until after the end of thelegislative session following the examination.
