§94-7  Access to restricted records in thestate archives.  Historical records which are transferred to the statearchives shall be retained for posterity and title shall vest in the statearchives.  All restrictions on access to government records which have beendeposited in the state archives, whether confidential, classified, or private,shall be lifted and removed eighty years after the creation of the record.
