§101-8  Entering and surveying land. Any agent or servant of a plaintiff may, for the purpose of locating orsurveying land to be condemned in accordance with this part, enter upon theland and make examinations and surveys.  The entry shall not constitute a causeof action in favor of the owner of the land, except for damages resulting fromwilful acts or negligence on the part of the agent or servant.
