§102-16  Penalty.  Any officer of theState or of any municipal, county, or other political subdivision thereof, orany person acting under or for such officer or any other person who violatesany provisions of sections 102-1 to 102-12 shall be fined not more than $1,000or imprisoned not more than one year, or both.
