PART XI. FEDERAL AND STATE SURPLUS PROPERTY

 

[§103D-1101]  Definitions.  As used inthis part, unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

"Personal property" means alltangible goods, including equipment, materials and supplies, except land,buildings, and improvement to the land.

"Surplus personal property" means anypersonal property that no longer has any use to this State or personal propertyacquired from the United States government.  "Surplus personalproperty" includes obsolete, scrap, and excess personal property that hascompleted its useful life cycle.
