FEDERAL AND STATE SURPLUS PROPERTY



 



[§103D-1101]  Definitions.  As used in
this part, unless the context clearly requires otherwise:



"Personal property" means all
tangible goods, including equipment, materials and supplies, except land,
buildings, and improvement to the land.



"Surplus personal property" means any
personal property that no longer has any use to this State or personal property
acquired from the United States government.  "Surplus personal
property" includes obsolete, scrap, and excess personal property that has
completed its useful life cycle. [L 1994, c 186, pt of §1]
