§103D-1102  State agency for surplusproperty.  The state procurement office shall be the state agency forfederal and state surplus personal property unless otherwise specified in thischapter or rules adopted pursuant to chapter 91.

The administrator of the state procurementoffice shall appoint and prescribe the duties of a surplus property directorand other personnel pursuant to chapter 76 and the appropriate collectivebargaining agreement, executive order, executive directive, or rule and this chapter.[L 1994, c 186, pt of §1; am L 2002, c 148, §9]
