§103D-1203  Administrator of the stateprocurement office; duties.  The administrator of the state procurementoffice shall:

(1)  Perform a periodic review of the inventorymanagement system of all governmental bodies;

(2)  Enforce rules adopted by the policy boardgoverning the management of state property;

(3)  Assist, advise, and guide governmental bodies inmatters relating to the inventory management of state property; and

(4)  Establish, manage, and maintain a centralizedproperty inventory record file for each department, board, commission, oroffice of the State having the care, custody, or control of any state property,other than the University of Hawaii, the department of education, the severalcounties, and those governmental bodies administratively attached thereto,unless otherwise specified in this chapter or in rules adopted pursuant tochapter 91.
