[§103D-1211]  Forms for annual inventoryreturn.  The administrator of the state procurement office shall prepareand print a general form upon which the inventories required under sections103D-1206 and 103D-1207 shall be made, and before June 1 of each year, shallmail to each officer required under sections 103D-1206 and 103D-1207 to file anannual inventory return, as many forms as necessary to enable the officer tomake a proper return.  The administrator of the state procurement office, atthe same time, shall call to the attention of the officer, in writing, therequirements of this part.
