[§103D-1211]  Forms for annual inventory
return.  The administrator of the state procurement office shall prepare
and print a general form upon which the inventories required under sections
103D-1206 and 103D-1207 shall be made, and before June 1 of each year, shall
mail to each officer required under sections 103D-1206 and 103D-1207 to file an
annual inventory return, as many forms as necessary to enable the officer to
make a proper return.  The administrator of the state procurement office, at
the same time, shall call to the attention of the officer, in writing, the
