§103D-325  Bond forms and copies.  (a) The policy board shall specify the form of the bonds required by this chapterby procurement directive.

(b)  Any person may request and obtain from theState a certified copy of a bond upon payment of the cost of reproduction ofthe bond and postage, if any.  A certified copy of a bond shall be prima facieevidence of the contents, execution, and delivery of the original.
