§103D-804  Cooperative use of goods orservices.  A public procurement unit may enter into an agreement,independent of the requirements of parts III and XII, with any other publicprocurement unit, external procurement unit, or nonprofit private health andhuman services organizations for the cooperative use of goods or services underthe terms agreed upon between the parties pursuant to rules adopted by thepolicy board.
