§103D-808  Public procurement units incompliance with requirements of this chapter.  Where the public procurementunit or external procurement unit administering a cooperative purchase complieswith the requirements of this chapter, any public procurement unitparticipating in the purchase shall be considered to have complied with thischapter.  Public procurement units shall not enter into a cooperativepurchasing agreement for the purpose of circumventing this chapter.
