§103-72  Transcription of instructionalmaterials.  Contracts for the procurement of instructional materials shallinclude a provision whereby the State has the right to transcribe and reproducethe material in braille, large print, recordings, or other media for the use ofphysically-disabled students, including the visually impaired, unable to usethe material in conventional print and form.  Such right shall include theright to make those corrections, revisions, and other modifications as may benecessary.
