§104-26  Judicial review.  (a)  Anyparty to an appeal under this chapter may obtain judicial review of thedecision on the appeal in the manner provided in chapter 91.

(b)  Any suspension or dismissal of anycomplaint under this chapter shall be subject to appeal in circuit court by theaggrieved party, under section 91-14 and rule 72 of the Hawaii rules of civilprocedure. [L 1995, c 181, pt of §2]
