§104-26  Judicial review.  (a)  Any
party to an appeal under this chapter may obtain judicial review of the
decision on the appeal in the manner provided in chapter 91.



(b)  Any suspension or dismissal of any
complaint under this chapter shall be subject to appeal in circuit court by the
aggrieved party, under section 91-14 and rule 72 of the Hawaii rules of civil
