§104-34  Submission of collective bargainingagreement to the director.  (a)  Parties to a collective bargainingagreement covering classes of laborers or mechanics, which are included in theprevailing wage determinations made pursuant to this chapter, shall submit acopy of the agreement to the director within five days after execution of theagreement.

(b)  Except as otherwise provided herein, theterms of agreement shall be kept confidential by the director.  The directormay disclose terms of the agreement to any federal or state agency for thepurpose of enforcing this chapter. [L 1995, c 181, pt of §2; am L 2002, c 215,§4]
