[§107-26]  State building code;prohibitions.  In adopting a state building code, the council shall notadopt provisions that:

(1)  Relate to administrative, permitting, orenforcement and inspection procedures of each county; or

(2)  Conflict with chapter 464. [L 2007, c 82, pt of §2]
