§107-9  Appraisers of property, number. Whenever the laws of the State require the appraisal of property prior to saleor purchase, the number of appraisers shall be one or more but not more thanthree disinterested persons, the number to be determined in the discretion ofthe government agency or officer required to have the appraisal made.
