§121-20  Enlistment.  Enlistment in thearmy or air national guard shall be in a manner, form, and for a period of timeas may be provided by the laws of the United States, and regulations issuedfrom time to time.  No person shall be enlisted in the army or air nationalguard whose services during the person's preceding term of enlistment have notbeen honest and faithful.
