§121-3  Government employees.  In caseof a state of war, insurrection, rebellion, or of resistance to the executionof the laws of the United States, or of the State, proclaimed by the Presidentor by the governor as appropriate, all employees of the State and politicalsubdivisions thereof who are not physically disabled and who are not members ofthe national guard, naval militia, or state defense force shall, upon the orderof the governor, report for duty with organizations designated by the governor.[L 1967, c 196, pt of §1; HRS §121-3; am L 1980, c 6, §1; am L 1988, c 135, §1]
