ยง121-33ย Interference by civilian, penalty.ย Every commanding officer when on duty may ascertain and fix the necessarybounds and limits to the commanding officer's parade or encampment.ย Whoeverintrudes within the limits of the parade or encampment after being forbidden,or whoever interrupts, molests, or obstructs any officer or soldier while onduty shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punishable by a fine notexceeding $25.ย The person may be put and kept under guard until the parade,encampment, or duty is concluded.ย The commanding officer, as soon aspracticable, shall turn over the person to any police officer.
