§121-34  Right-of-way on street, violation,and penalty.  Any portion of the army or air national guard while parading,drilling, moving in convoy, or performing any military duty pursuant to ordersand according to law, shall have the right-of-way in any street or highwaythrough which they may pass; provided that the carriage of the United Statesmail or the legitimate functions of the police and the progress and operationsof fire engines and fire departments shall not be interfered with thereby.  Anyperson who wilfully interferes or obstructs such right-of-way shall be guiltyof a misdemeanor and shall be punishable by a fine not exceeding $100.
