§122A-12  Federal service.  Nothing inthis chapter shall be construed as authorizing the Hawaii state defense forceor any part thereof to be called, ordered, or in any manner drafted as suchinto the military service of the United States; provided no person by reason ofthe person's enlistment or appointment in the Hawaii state defense force shallbe exempted from military service under any law of the United States.
